Our Work
Six programmes, one purpose: keep students learning and growing.
Each programme is designed to remove a specific barrier between a student and their potential — from tuition costs to confidence to the health of their whole community.

How we support a student, step by step
Identify & Enrol
We work with schools and community leaders to identify students who need support most.
Assess Needs
A welfare check covers academic, financial and psychosocial needs of the student and household.
Match Support
Scholarships, mentors and skills programmes are matched to what each learner actually needs.
Walk Alongside
Regular check-ins, mentorship and community follow-up continue through the full academic journey.
In detail
What each programme involves
We provide fee support, learning materials and school-readiness assistance for primary, secondary and vocational students, prioritising learners from low-income households and those at risk of dropping out.
Structured mentorship pairs students with professionals and role models. Career days, aptitude sessions and one-to-one guidance help learners connect their studies to real career pathways.
Workshops in digital literacy, entrepreneurship, communication and leadership give students practical capability alongside their academic studies, and platforms to practise leading among peers.
Trained facilitators provide confidential counselling and welfare support to students and families coping with trauma, loss, illness or economic hardship — helping learners stay engaged in school.
We partner with schools, parent committees and local government to advocate for better learning environments, and run capacity-building sessions for teachers and community leaders.
Savings groups, entrepreneurship training and social-inclusion initiatives strengthen household income — recognising that a stable home is the foundation for a child who can stay in school.
